Managing Your Profile and Notification Settings in Rep AI

Introduction The User Profile page in Rep AI allows you to manage your personal information, security settings, and notification preferences all in one place. This article will guide you through updating your personal details, changing your password, and customizing your notification settings to ensure you receive only the alerts that matter most to you.

• How to Access Your Profile Settings

Log in to your Rep AI Console

1. Click on your profile icon in the top navigation bar
2. Select "User profile" from the dropdown menu, or
3. Navigate directly to the Account section in the left sidebar and select "Account"

Updating Your Contact Information

Your profile page displays your basic personal information that you can edit at any time

First name and Last name: Click in either field to edit your name

1. Email address: Update the email address associated with your account
2. Phone number: Add or modify your contact phone number
3. Any changes you make are automatically saved
4. Password Management

To maintain account security, you can change your password directly from your profile: Locate the Password section at the bottom of your profile page

1. Click the "Edit" button to the right of the Password section
2. Enter your current password in the "Old password" field
3. Create a new password and enter it in the "New password" field
4. Confirm your new password by entering it again in the "Repeat new password" field
5. Click "Save changes" to update your password
6. Click "Cancel" if you wish to exit without making changes
7. Notification Settings

Rep AI provides various notification options to keep you informed about important events. You can customize these settings to receive only the notifications you need. Rep Weekly Digest

The Rep weekly digest provides valuable insights about your account's performance

Toggle the switch to ON to receive weekly performance updates

1. Toggle the switch to OFF to stop receiving the weekly digest emails
2. Browser Notifications

Control when you receive browser notifications in the Rep AI Console about customer

conversations

Click on the dropdown menu under "Notification Settings"

1. Choose from the following options:
2. None: No browser notifications are sent

Human Handoff: Receive browser notifications when customers request a human AI Fallback: Receive browser notifications when AI fails to answer Both: Receive browser notifications for both cases
