Navigate to Integrations

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Rep AI Console

Select the "Marketing" tab Connect Mailchimp

Find the Mailchimp card and click "Connect"

You'll be redirected to Mailchimp's login page Enter your Mailchimp username and password, or continue with Google if your account is linked Review the permissions and click "Allow" to authorize Rep AI Verify Connection

Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to Rep AI

A green "Connected" status will appear on the Mailchimp card Your integration is now ready to use "Subscribe & Get a Discount" Power-Up The Subscribe & Get a Discount Power-Up allows your AI assistant to offer customers a discount code in exchange for subscribing to your email list.

How to Set Up

In the Mailchimp card, find "Subscribe & get a discount" and click "Edit Power-Up"

Configure customer details to collect:
Email (required)

Name (optional) Phone (optional) Under "Subscribe to an Email List," click to select a list from your Mailchimp account

Under "Discount," click "+ Select Discount" to choose a discount code to offer subscribers
Click "Add Power-Up" to activate
How It Works:

When customers express interest in a discount or promotion, your AI assistant offers one in exchange for their email address The customer provides their contact information through a seamless in-chat experience Their information is automatically added to your selected Mailchimp list The customer receives their discount code to use on their purchase

Once you've added the Power-Up, a "Subscribe & Get a Discount" chip (suggestion button) will appear in the Rep AI widget. This appears either when the customer opens the widget or when Rep AI proactively approaches the customer. Rep AI will also trigger the subscription flow if the customer inquires about discounts or subscribing to your newsletter via chat.
