Log in to your Rep Console
- Click on Analytics in the left navigation menu
- Select the Sales tab
- Sales Dashboard Metrics
Your Sales Analytics dashboard displays key performance indicators that update based on your
selected date range
Conversion Rate Shows the percentage of AI conversations that led to purchases Displays "Lift" to compare AI-assisted conversion against your baseline store traffic Example: 14.00% conversion rate with 4.3X lift compared to non-AI traffic AI-Generated Sales Displays total revenue attributed to chatbot-assisted conversations
Shows what percentage this represents of your total store revenue Example: $239,002.63 (6.0% of total revenue) AI-Generated Orders Shows the number of orders resulting from AI-assisted shopping journeys Indicates what percentage this represents of your total orders Example: 2,406 orders (6% of total orders)
Average Order Value (AOV) Shows the average purchase amount from chatbot-assisted conversations Example: $99.34 (5% lift compared to non-AI traffic) Redirects to PDP Tracks when visitors are guided to specific product pages by the AI Includes conversion rate for these redirected sessions Example: 2,460 visitors (19% conversion rate)
